Our lawyers


Pieter joined our Brussels office on October 1, 2007. He concentrates on corporate and commercial law, including litigation.

Pieter has specific experience in matters regarding the event and travel industry. He advises companies on a daily basis on e-commerce matters.



Arnaud Hamann joined the firm as an associate on November 5, 2012.

Arnaud was born in 1989. He graduated in Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (U.L.B.) in June 2012 and joined the Bar in November 2012. He also completed a post-graduate degree in Economic Law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2013, and has since authored several publications on financial and consumer law matters.

He speaks fluently French, English, and has a working knowledge of Dutch.

Bob van BOUWEL

Bob joined our Brussels office on 1 September 2016.
Bob graduated at the University of Antwerp in June 2014 and joined the Bar of Antwerp in October 2014. Until August 2015 he gained specific experience in a law firm as an associate in matters regarding commercial, insolvency and corporate law. Before joining our office, he completed an LL.M. in European Economic Law at the Institute of European Studies (Université Libre de Bruxelles).
His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law matters, providing advice in these matters as well as conducting litigation.
Bob is fluent in Dutch, French, English and has a working knowledge of German.


Myriam BALDE

Myriam Balde was called to the Brussels bar and joined our offices in November 2016.

She specializes in commercial law, corporate law, competition law and intellectual property law.

Myriam’s practice also focuses on the travel and tourism industry.


Member of the Paris and Brussels bars (E list)

Laurène Provost is a qualified lawyer registered with the Paris and Brussels bars (E list). Her practice is focused on European, French and Belgian energy and environmental law.

Prior to working for Industrious, Laurène worked for a Belgian consultancy company in the renewable energy sector, and had previous experiences in the energy and competition fields with international law firms in Paris
and Brussels, as well as an international organisation specialised in energy and the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg.

Laurène holds a Master II of laws in WTO and European law (2010-2011), as well as a Master of European law and a Master of Environment and Law from Rennes I University (2009-2010).
