Essya Kastally has started her career at the Brussels Bar in 2014, after obtaining her law degree (civil and criminal section - with specialization in commercial law) magna cum laude from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Pleading regularly cases before all major courts, she has gained considerable pratical court experience, combined with a strong knowlegde of judicial law. In her daily pratice, she deals with cases in all areas of civil law, in the broad sense, and more particularly in contract law.
Her special attraction for business stems from her rather unusual educational background. After studying at the lycée français in the coastal suburb of Tunis (Tunisia), she has quickly decided to focus her curriculum on economic and social sciences, which provided her the necessary basis for a sound understanding of business law in general.
Her choices gave her the opportunity to interact and to collaborate with personalities from diverse backgrounds, and therefore to acquire an open mind in her daily life and work.
Essya has also been elected as commissioner at the Conférence du Jeune Barreau of Brussels.
